- Group visits must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance.
- We offer group visits to middle and high schools, community colleges and community-based organizations (CBOs) that work with prospective college students.
- Groups are strictly limited to 100 participants, including chaperones. No exceptions.
- We require at least 1 adult chaperone for every 25 students. Chaperones are required to stay with their group throughout the duration of their visit.
- Groups are limited to one visit per quarter. Please do not submit multiple group visits requests, as only the first request will be considered and all additional requests will be canceled.
Important reminders:

- Late arrivals will not be accommodated. Groups must be ready to start their on-campus activities at their designated time.
- Cancellations should be completed at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled visit. Contact cnascommunications@ucr.edu or call (951) 827-7603 to cancel.
- Please read the CNAS Group Visit Contract carefully. CNAS reserves the right to cancel reservations for groups that fail to meet the criteria listed on the form. Failure to meet the criteria may also prevent your ability to book future reservations with CNAS.
- On-campus bus parking is not available. Buses may temporarily park in Lot #1 to offload visitors. Bus parking is available in designated commercial lots as outlined by the City of Riverside.
- The walking tour includes hills and stairs, so please make sure your group wears comfortable shoes. Visits are conducted rain or shine, so please bring weather-appropriate attire.
- While housing, athletics, and dining will be discussed verbally during the tour and guests are encouraged to ask questions, CNAS tour guides will not walk students through the housing areas, athletics facilities or dining options as we are not permitted visitation to those areas.
- CNAS does not provide meal vouchers, but guests are welcome to bring their own meals, or visit our on-campus dining locations. Please note that all on-campus dining locations are cashless.
- We expect that all group visit participants, including students, will be inclusive, respectful, and hold themselves and each other accountable. Chaperones should be aware of and work to control excessive talking and any inappropriate actions or language. If guest behavior jeopardizes the holistic safety of individuals or the quality of the visit, CNAS reserved the right to end the visit at any time.
